Substrate production and composting

We improve the composting processes in order to obtain a compost of good quality and constant productivity. We advise on the development of compost and more selective substrates for the cultivation of Agaricus (button mushrooms) and Pleurotus sp. through research and development of new formulations and new composting methodologies.

We guide in the development of new substrates both pasteurized and sterilized for the cultivation of other exotic mushrooms such as Shiitake, P. Eryngii, Pholiota, etc.
