"I came to mushroom growing industryby chance and the world of cultivated mushrooms became my passion and my profession. "

Since then I have researched and innovated in the different techniques of mushroom spawn elaboration and the obtaining of new varieties, the introduction of new technologies and the improvement of the composting and cultivation processes of the different species of edible and medicinal mushrooms. And I have led national and international research projects.

During 30 years I have put all my experience, my capacity of learning, innovation and spirit of overcoming, to the service of this sector.

I have advised and worked in different composting plants, spawn laboratories and cultivation facilities all over the world solving different problems.

Thanks to my extensive knowledge, great practical experience and my global and integrative vision of the world of applied mycology, I can answer your questions, guide you and avoid errors in your new projects and offer advice to companies already implemented to improve their productivity.

I am official distributor of UnicornBags sterilizable filter bags. They are used for spawn production, mushroom cultivation and biocontrol (the growth of biological control agents).
